Shilpi is a beta product. You agree to use it in good faith for the purpose of making film, TV, advertising, music-video, or documentary content. We agree to keep your data safe and to not disappear overnight.
You're responsible for everything done under your account. If you lose your password, use the reset flow. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email us and we'll help lock it down.
You keep the rights to everything you upload — scripts, photos, breakdowns, schedules, crew records. By using Shilpi you grant us a limited license to process your content so the product can do its job (generate breakdowns, send call sheets, match crew, etc.). That license evaporates the moment you delete your account.
Shilpi hosts a crew marketplace (Open Calls + Standby) and project channels. Don't harass people. Don't post calls for unpaid work that violates labor law. Don't spam the snapshot index. If you see something, email us.
Shilpi is under active development. Things will break. AI output can be wrong. Use good judgement — especially on legal/financial decisions (budgets, contracts, permits). Shilpi's AI features are assistants, not a lawyer or CFO.
Either side can end the beta at any time. If we end it (a product sunset, a policy violation, an acquisition), we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data. If you end it, see support@shilpimedia.com.
